DMCA / Copyright Notice

Regemify respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Regemify infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and we will respond promptly.

What to Include in a DMCA Notice

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  2. The exact URL(s) of the listing or content on Regemify you believe is infringing.
  3. Your contact information: full legal name, address, phone, and email.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent at dmca@regemify.com. We aim to acknowledge receipt within two business days and act on valid notices promptly.

Note: under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), knowingly submitting a false claim of infringement may subject you to liability for damages.

Counter-Notice

If your listing was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same elements above plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
