Regemify is a peer-to-peer marketplace. All sales are between individual buyers and sellers. If something goes wrong with your order, we're here to help.
Eligible Reasons for a Refund
You may request a refund if:
- Damaged Item — The item arrived broken or damaged during shipping.
- Significantly Not As Described — The item you received is materially different from the listing photos or description (e.g., wrong crystal type, major undisclosed damage, substantially different size or color than pictured).
Time Limits
Refund claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, orders are considered final and are no longer eligible for a refund.
Hard 30-day cutoff: No claims, returns, or support requests of any kind will be processed more than 30 days after delivery. After that point, the transaction is permanently closed.
What Is NOT Eligible
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Items that match the listing but don't meet personal expectations
How to Request a Refund
- Go to Orders and find the order.
- Click "Request Help" on the order.
- Select the reason for your claim.
- Describe the issue and upload photos (required).
- Submit your claim — our team will review it.
Evidence Required
- At least one photo showing the issue (required)
- Video evidence (optional, but helpful)
What Happens Next
Our team reviews every claim manually. Possible outcomes:
- Full refund — You receive the full purchase amount back.
- Partial refund — A portion of the purchase is refunded.
- Denied — The claim does not meet our refund criteria.
We may ask for additional information before making a decision. Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
