- Shipping costs are set by each seller and shown on the listing.
- All orders include tracking — you'll receive tracking info once your item ships.
- Sellers have 5 business days to ship after purchase.
- You'll get an email when your order ships with a link to track your package.
- Currently, Regemify only ships within the United States.
For Sellers
When you make a sale, you are responsible for shipping the item to the buyer. Here's what you need to know:
Shipping Deadline
- You have 5 business days from the date of purchase to ship.
- Business days = Monday through Friday (weekends and holidays don't count).
- Orders not shipped within 5 business days will be flagged as Late Shipment.
- Repeated late shipments may result in account review.
Tracking Is Required
- You must provide a tracking number for every order.
- Supported carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.
- Go to Orders → Sales → Ship this order to enter tracking info.
Shipping Reminders
We'll send you reminders to help you stay on track:
- Immediately — "You made a sale!" notification
- 48 hours — Friendly reminder to ship
- Day 4 — Warning: ship within 24 hours
- Day 5 — Urgent: order is due today
If you provided a phone number, you'll also receive text reminders.
Packaging Tips
- Wrap crystals individually in bubble wrap or tissue paper.
- Use a sturdy box — avoid envelopes for fragile items.
- Fill empty space with packing material to prevent movement.
- Consider adding "FRAGILE" labels for delicate pieces.
Setting Shipping Costs
- You set the shipping cost when creating a listing.
- Shipping cost goes directly to you — no platform fee on shipping.
- Price your shipping fairly to cover actual costs.
