When a seller accepts your offer
If your offer is accepted, pay from the accepted offer to make the crystal yours.
Great news — when a seller accepts your offer, the crystal is waiting for you to buy it at the price you agreed.
What to do:
- You'll see it in Activity under Needs attention (and in the Offers
section), as an accepted offer waiting for payment. Open Activity from Updates in the top bar or side menu.
- Open it and choose Pay.
- Enter shipping and payment, and confirm.
Once you pay, the crystal is yours and it moves to Orders, where you can track it.
Until you pay, the crystal isn't held as yours, so it's best not to wait too long. Paying soon after an offer is accepted is the surest way to bring your crystal home.
