Changing your email or password

Update your email or password in your account settings.


Keeping your sign-in details current keeps your account secure and your updates flowing.

To change them: open your settings and look for your account details.

  • Email — update it if you've switched addresses. Use one you check often,

since order and offer updates go there.

  • Password — change it any time, and choose a strong one you don't use

elsewhere.

Forgot your password? On the log-in screen, choose Forgot password and follow the email we send to reset it.

Tip: if you ever get an email about a change you didn't make, contact support right away (see "Contacting Regemify support").
