When your crystal sells
When a crystal sells, you'll be prompted to ship it — pack it safely and add tracking.
Congratulations — someone bought your crystal! Here's what happens next.
- You'll be notified in Activity, and the sale appears in Orders
(your filing cabinet).
- Pack it safely. Crystals are fragile — wrap well and cushion it (see
"Packaging tips for sellers").
- Ship it promptly with tracking, so you and the buyer can both follow it
to the door (see "Shipping your sold crystal").
- The buyer receives and checks it within 3 days.
When do I get paid? After the buyer safely receives their crystal. The most important thing on your end is to ship promptly and add tracking — that keeps every sale smooth and your buyers happy.
