The 3-day check after delivery
After your crystal arrives, you have 3 days to make sure it's right.
The 3-day check is the heart of Regemify Protection. It's your window to make sure you're happy.
How it works:
- The clock starts when your crystal is delivered.
- For the next 3 days, look it over at your own pace.
- If everything's good, you don't need to do a thing.
- If something's wrong, reach out within those 3 days (see "If something's wrong
with your order").
What to look for: it's the right crystal, it matches the listing (size, color, condition), and it arrived undamaged.
Why 3 days? So you have real time to open the box, inspect your crystal, and feel confident — never rushed — before the sale is complete.
