When your crystal sells, getting it on its way is simple: pack it well, send it promptly, and add tracking.
The steps:
- Pack it safely (see "Packaging tips for sellers").
- Send it soon after the sale — buyers love a quick shipper, and it keeps
every order smooth.
- Add tracking so you and the buyer can both follow it. Tracking also shows
when the order was delivered.
- Mark it shipped so the buyer gets a heads-up in Activity.
⚠️ One part still being finalized: the exact in-app way to buy a shipping label and choose a carrier is being polished by our team. Once it's ready, this page will walk you through it step by step. For now, the rule that matters: ship promptly and always include tracking.
